Erica Ulmer

DIRECTOR OF DEVELOPMENT

Erica was born and raised in Tampa, Florida. She graduated law school from Stetson University College of Law and upon graduation begun working with Attorney General Ashley Moody on her Statewide Campaign and then as a part of the Attorney General’s Executive Team in the Florida Capitol. Erica has fundraised for statewide candidates within Florida, as well as congressional races and local government campaigns. She has previously served as the Executive Director of the Statewide Council on Human Trafficking and was appointed by Attorney General Ashley Moody to the Missing Endangered Persons Information Clearinghouse.

With a passion for helping children in crisis, Erica was excited to join A Door of Hope in January 2025 and bring her experience of fundraising, event planning and marketing to this great organization.

Erica and Cason have been married since 2021 and together they have two girls. They enjoy attending church at Grace Family. Exodus 14:14 has been a verse Erica has found comfort in many years: “The Lord will fight for you; you need only to be still.”
