TRAUMA TRAINING FOR CHURCH MINISTRY STAFF AND VOLUNTEERS
We’re excited to offer this training to church ministry staff and volunteers who work with children and families. We desire to equip churches for when kids from hard places come into their programs. The training goes beyond foster children, as so many children have experienced trauma.
The goals of the training are to:
Help people understand trauma and the impact it has on people’s lives.
Help people feel more knowledgeable and equipped to deal with the complex realities that they may encounter when ministering to those who have experienced trauma.
Give practical skills to ministry staff and volunteers.
Bring Glory to God as everything is done from a Biblical perspective.
